I have had foot and knee pain for years. No Longer
I went to Foot Solutions and had a foot evaluation. They showed me how I pronatated and recomended a custom arch support. Since I have been wearing the support I have been pain free. I also purchased some shoes that they recomended. I will go back for all of my footwear needs. I'm also going toget a second pair of arch supports.
