I have known and worked with Wade Fox for several years on many residential construction projects. He has demonstrated a through knowledge of the systems and principals of approved construction practices. He also demonstrates practical application of the NYS building code requirements. Mr. Fox continually strives to stay up to date in the ever changing design profession. Drawings by Mr. Fox are always accurate and depict the correct requirements and construction practices to be code compliant in NYS. First thing that comes to mind is his creativity. He and I worked together on several projects over a four year period and during this time he was concise and accurate with detail and punctual on deadlines. Above all, he was patient with home builders changing their minds and did his best to handle these difficult situations. Clients often change their minds on details but do not realize the impact these changes can have on the process. At all times he proved to be discreet, respectful and overall did a great job on all of my projects. I continue to use his talents whenever the opportunity presents itself. In addition to creativity, he has very in-depth knowledge of construction and products in all phases of the construction process. This is invaluable. Whats the point of designing something that cannot be built or costs twice as it should. Not only do I recommend him as your designer but you would be hard put to find a Project Manager more capable of taking your new home to fruition

As owner of Haiku Houses, I have had occasion to use Mr. Fox’s services a number of times over the last four years. He has developed his talent and experience as a residential designer so that he has become our favorite person to use for our outsourcing needs. Mr. Fox is a most capable designer and draftsman. I appreciate his pointing out difficulties with what the client may want and additionally suggesting creative solutions. He has a practical knowledge of all aspects of residential construction. He is budget conscious—watching out for my company and for the client. In addition to Mr. Fox’s practical knowledge, he is creative in his work and always checks with us at the appropriate times. He catches on to new concepts quickly and with depth. His interpersonal skills are those of a true professional, and I have no hesitation asking him to interact directly with our most valued clients.
