My husband and I are currently clients of Mr. Fox. Postings listed in the blog are way out of character for Mr. Fox. He is our Bankruptcy attorney who has given more time and attention to our situation than is required. He is very honest, respectful and does what he says he is going to do. He would work on our case or think of something and call us to talk whether it be after hours or on the weekend. Ours was a difficult case for him but he went the extra mile for us and we consider him to be a wonderful attorney. We have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so. Whoever this disgruntled non ex-client is sounds as if he has more issues and more time on his hands to write such things. We have had the unfortunate need of obtaining an attorney before which was not a pleasant experience but Mr Fox brought back our respect for attorneys in general. We will continue to use Mr. Fox for our current and any upcoming needs when an attorney of his scope can provide.

The gentleman who issued complaints against me on this website signed his comments initially as ME. Which happen to be the initials of Marin Eagle; a man I never represented but who was married to one of my former divorce client.s I obtaned a divorce for her on the gournds of irreconcilable differences; though she could have obtained a divorce on the grounds of Bigamy; he never divorced his previous wife. He was also abusive to my client and was not happyy about her leaving him. So please consider the source.

Dear "M.E.": If you have a problem with services you paid for, and you were my client, then you should call me directly at 615-264-5695 to deal with this and not make anonymous postings. What are the facts of your case: How much did you pay me? for what service? What were the facts of your case? Do not go to this man, he is the worst lawyer ever. He takes forever to close your case and he does no treturn calls. He also keeps charging you more money for the same thing .

The complaints listed below by ME, are the initials of a man whom I never represented (Marvin Eagle). He complained and made threats when I represented his wife in a divorce. I represted his wife, but never him. I completed his wife's divorce around June of 2008. He did not pay any of the fees.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER TO ANYONE WANTING TO PAY A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY, OR TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE THEIR CASES DELT WITH IN A TIMELY MANOR. EVERYTIME I PAID HIM, HE ALWAYS FOUND A REASON TO CHARGE MORE! IT TOOK HIM OVER A YEAR TO COMPLETE MY DIVORCE. HE WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. HE WOULD NOT KEEP ME INFORMED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON, I HAD TO CALL AND CALL. AND WHEN I DID HE ACCUSED ME OFF HARRASING HIM! WHEN I PAY FOR A SERVICE I DONT THINK IT IS TO MUCH TO ASK FOR A LITTLE RESPONSE! PLEASE DO NOT GO SEE THIS MAN! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
