I had back surgery a few years ago and wasn't able to ride my bike comfortably. Tim made some suggestions on what could be done to fix my problem. Long story short, I am now able to ride as often as I like. Foy's is the best! By Doug on June 26, 2011 at 08:05 AM

I recently bought a bike from Foy's. It took 4 months to get it. Customer service sucked! We started this ordeal back in September. They were to get a model my wife was interested in. They never called. My wife kept calling them. Finally we went somewhere else to test some out. I went back because I like to make my purchases local. I ordered the bike and was promised it within the week. We received no phone calls. After a couple of weeks we started calling them and we were promised within the next couple of days it would be in. Almost a month after that we finally got it. When we went to pick it up I tried to voice my displeasure at them taking so long. That was ignored. Then they had the nerve to try to sell me another bike. If you can't take care of your customers the first time around, don't expect them to return. By Richard Levin on January 15, 2011 at 05:40 PM
Fantastic Bike Shop! People are personable and help tons. The pet rabbit is great. They go out of their way to be helpful. By Paul on September 23, 2009 at 04:05 PM
I love this place--I live in Davis, but would rather drive a few minutes to Woodland so that I can go to Foy's for my bike needs. They're family owned and operated, not overcrowded (often, in Davis, I can't get anyone to help me because they're so swamped with students), friendly and well-stocked. Great service...AND they're the only bike shop I know of with a resident pet rabbit! (They very kindly rescued the rabbit, who had been abandoned as a baby in an open field during storm season last year, so if you go to the store, you can visit!)
