Went to Franks to set up a service call on my old maytag washer. After speaking to one of the salepeople, Stephan , he figured out what the cost of the repair would be . He then showed me what the cost of a new energy saving washer would be and how quick it would pay for itself. I never felt pressured, he knew the products, and helped me make the right choice.

Bosch Gas Range

I find it curious that repair parts seem to arrive quickly AFTER I have to call to find out status after waiting several weeks. I wonder how long it would really take for Franks to call me if i didn't follow up first. I also wonder why I can purchase a $2K+ Bosch Gas Range from Franks in November 2007 and still not have it operating properly in April 2008. Why am I not allowed to speak to Frank's Bosch rep and am subjected to call Bosch directly and get a different person each time to explain everything. Why is Bosch non-responsive directly to me? Who is the mysterious 'Frank' that I can't seem to speak with directly or schedule a time to talk? Why can't I return the range delivered to me for a replacement? Why shouldn't I be reimbursed for the 4 separate times I had to wait at home for repairs and go to work late or leave work early? Do I sound dissatisfied? I am.
