Fredericks Restaurant

This place was recommended to me. I had the very blan and not so sour SAUERBRATEN. The slices were thin and tasteless. My friend had the equally thin and not so tasty weinershnitzel. The German menu should be removed. Service was fine and the bread was fresh, hot and good.

We've been coming here for years and it has increasingly beome my favorite place for dinner. The is unquestionably always good, the atmosphere has a quaint old fashion charm, and the service is impeccable. Debbie who serves as hostess and waitress is a freind to everyone that walks through the door. There is a reason why we see the same faces all the time.

I would like to let others know what a fabulous restaurant Fredricks ™s is and that anyone who has the opportunity should not miss this wonderful dining experience!!! I recently had an event for 75 people on a Saturday afternoon. I live in Florida but remembered the restaurant from 20 years ago when I lived in New York. I needed to find a venue for a luncheon after my Dads Memorial Mass held in Huntington. It was a very difficult time for my family, not only losing a wonderful man, but also coordinating all the details from Florida. Then I called the owner of Fredricks, Chris, from the time we first spoke I knew I had found the only place I would go to invite our family and friends to honor my Dad. The food and the service were unbelievable!!!! We had people from all over the country who are still calling to tell me what a wonderful choice we made for the luncheon. This was probably some of the best food I have ever eaten! I had Chilean sea bass and a friend had the crab cakes, both were outstanding ! And the desserts were to die for! This place is a diamond in the rough !

My wife and I have been going to Frederick's for years, and it's still one of our favorites. Tonight is her birthday, and she wants to go to Frederick's.
