We've used this company for 9 years but the last 2 years have gone way downhill. Their prices are off the charts and if you manage to call and talk to the owner, Gabriel, he will knock the price down. I'm done with the haggling. Last time their quote for a furnace was 4 times what I ended up getting quoted by 3 other companies. I ended up paying $400 to come out for the service call, tell me it couldn't be serviced and they cut the gas line, saying it was dangerous, without my approval. Today they were here to install a ceiling fan. Almost $600 later and it is done. I was charged $119 just to have the remote installed because it was a peripheral and wasn't included in the box, even though the same company made it and it just needed to be attached to the housing before it was shoved but into the ceiling. We've been loyal customers for 9 years but today they are fired and I'll find someone new to use from now on.

Just got off the phone with Michelle who hammered on me so badly telling me I MUST be mistaken about what their rep told me and how things happened that I had to tell her the conversation was over and hang up in the middle of her ranting. Representative came in and quoted one price based on his professional opinion, it increased by $300some in the middle of the job with everything hanging off the wall and unable to be finished. He also said he would wave the township permit fee to save us a few dollars off the $3K plus bill. Then we get a bill from them asking for an additional $53 for the permit and denying anything the rep did or said. There are plenty of other reputable companies around - find another or be prepared for a crummy experience.

First service appt cancelled because tech was busy at another job. Second service appt cancelled ten minutes after scheduled appt again because tech was busy at another job. Unprofessional organization. Homeowners beware.
