Friendly Plumber

Another plumber tried to sell me a new water heater yesterday maybe because he thought that I had no other options, or he just felt like taking advantage.  Whatever the case may be, I told him that my water heater is only a little over five years old and I really believe it still has a while to go before needing to be replaced.  He wouldn't budge, just kept on being pushy, so I sent him packing and waited until today to find a decent company. I called Friendly early this morning and their plumber showed up fifteen minutes ahead of schedule for my second opinion.  After a thorough inspection, my suspicion was confirmed that only a small, $40 part needed replacement.  Something burned-out and the plumber did have it available, so that worked out well.  What is even better though, is that it certainly wasn't a complete replacement as was previously being pushed to me.   I can't say thank you enough times to Friendly Plumber for being honest, and professional with me.
