the skills of his so called installer is a joke, he spends more time puffing on his cigarettes then he does on his work. He installed a condensing furnace in my attic and did not properly protect the secondary heat exchanger or the drains, and the unit was off pitch so it never drained right either.He is also color blind so he wired my unit and thermosat wrong. then he put a ugly piece of sheet metal up the side of my house to cover the line set, they sell rounded covers that look so much more professional, and i am sure they will weather a lot better. The owner in named RAJ not roger, he is an indian from india.I would expect alot better craftsmen ship from a UNION shop then what this company is providing.20 years ago this was one of the best companys in the greater Toledo area, now they are the worst.
