Front Range Fireplace & Stove

I bought a stove from the owner Mike about 6 years ago. That time he also was the one, that did the installation. I just got another one from him and I am once again very content with the service I was offered. By the way Excellent service.affordable prices. The owner Mike is extremelly knowlegdable when it comes to stove, fireplaces etc. He told me he has been doing this for almost 20 years! I was surprised. I would recommend this company to everyone that is expecting a excellent service to be offered. Thanks.

I called into Front Range Fireplace to get an estimate last year. The day of the estimate they called to let me know they could come earlier if it was convenient for me. The guy Mike that did the estimate was very friendly and knowledgeable. They scheduled me for the next opening which was a month later, I wanted to get it done sooner. So he said if an opening came up he would fit me in. A week later I had my new pellet stove installed. Thanks Front Range Fireplace. You guys did a great job. I would recommend this company

I just bought a pellet stove from this company I was surprised how affordable the price are. The installation was done by the owner, quickly and right. No complaints at all.

I also bought a Harmon stove from Front Range Fireplace and Stove. If you have ever shopped for a pellet stove you understand that is in an investment. I bought the warranty with my stove (Thank God because it seems to break a lot) None the less trying to get someone to my home or even to call me back is an act of God. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB. I highly recommend you spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else, because they will take your money and then you are hung out to dry. They have made numerous appointments where I have to stay home only to have no one call or show up, complete lack of respect for my time and failure to follow through on their products or promises

When the owner of the company does the installation, you would expect it to be done well. It is a very poor installation with crooked pipes and unpatched holes and cuts in the ceiling. Mike, the owner, was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to be knowledgeable at all about stoves. He couldn't understand why anyone would want pull in outside air for combustion. The permit was rejected the first time and had some other company name on it "Bare Tub & Stove Company". I will never do business with these people again.

I called front range fireplace to come give me an estimate on a new pellet stove. After about an hour and a half later then the scheduled appointment time someone showed up. We agreed on a Harmon fireplace that was installed a few months later. When it was installed they forgot to order the border of the fireplace, which they said would need to be custom built. After 3 months later I called them back to find out what was going on with it. They put me on hold only to come back and say that the piece just came in and would be happy to install it. I scheduled the appointment for later in the afternoon about a week later. I spent a lot of time waiting only to have nobody show up. This story continues and is full of more of the same problems. Bottom line is this company is full of lies, also if you do go with the company plan on playing the guessing game on when if at all they will be there.
