Terrible experience here, they really waste your time, have no customer service and are rude. It took 5 hours to buy the car, when I went to pick it up it was suppose to be ready and it took 2 hours because the car was not ready! No courtesy, never called to let me know this, I sat with my 4 year old and diabetic father in law and when I questioned the sales manager he argued with me! Giving them 28,000 cash, there should BE no argument. Lastly when I got home after all that waiting, they never gave me the title to the car I paid cash for. After wasting all that time they couldn't even get that right. It took them 2 hours to bring it to me. The customer service is horrible, do not expect courtesy for buying a car her. I am sure you can find a much better Toyota dealer who will appereciate you as a customer an realize how precious your time is.

I just got my car back from the Fucillo Toyota service department. I had a noise when driving and it turned out to be my transmission according to the service techs. It was replaced under the Toyota Platinum warranty (which is nice since it is expensive). I go to pick up the car today and I was pretty much rushed out of the place when I came to pick the car up. 5 minutes of driving down the road I hear the same noise. I pull over and read the service receipt. They mentioned in the receipt that my axles were actually making the noise and show 'excessive play' . My warranty covers the axles and they did nothing to fix that issue. Knowing (on paper) that they were bad they still sent me on my merry way. Never go to these people. I will try my luck with another Toyota dealership in Buffalo. Fucillo was as HUGE disappointment.

BEWARE! When it states "Satellite Radio Ready" it actually means there's two empty wires under the passenger seat where you can purchase $700 worth of equipment to turn on your satellite radio. They told me it would be there when I purchased the car. There's nothing "satellite ready" about it. Complaints to the sales people result in numerous blow offs. The sales manager, Sam, just told me... "Well.. you know.. buyer beware." I feel as if I've been taken. Thanks for ripping me off.

that is what i sent to fuccillo toyota for a review Just want you guys know please invest to train your salesman understand what is” professional, polite and respect” instead wasting money on the TV commercial. The one I dealt with kept calling me for couple weeks without even let me speak something. Seems once I been your dealership, I have to buy something, otherwise; I own him and he started to complain why I didn’t buy anything from him yet. God, I am not your parents to support you any unreasonable requirements. Once I told him that is how I feel, your professional sales man just cut off the phone, really impressed me.
