I dont know how to contact you and your family, and wanted to thank you for taking Greg Middleton to court. He molested me when I was a little girl too. I am proud of your little girl for being so brave. I wish I knew you were taking him to court. I would have been more than willing to include my personal molestation in the trial. I hope that he will not do this again to more children.

Is a sad day when this great little place is being destroyed by most likely a disgruntled employee. I suggest you try the place its lovely and notice all the bad reviews are after this guy was let go... my guess is after what he has done to this place i would have fired him too. Good luck Gambino's ! We know your not a terrorist.

I use to be one of the bartenders at Gambino's. My fiance, now my wife use to come up and sit with me for a few mins here and there after she would get off work. I was there when Greg and Tammy Middleton took over ownership. The first week wasnt too bad, they would even discount my fiances meals from time to time. One night she came up after work, and hadnt gone home and changed yet so she was still in uniform. The uniform she was wearing was a Robertsdale PD corrections uniform. With in two days, I was fired, and given no reason. Seems to me that someone had something hanging over their head. Now does that sound innocent to you?

I gave it a one star rating only because there was no zero star rating .. went there sunday fathers day 2009 was served food on dirty dishes ..only to be told sorry the dishwasher was out today .. so no clean dishes at 5:30 pm .. nasty ... the food was terrible .. no one person in our party of eight was satisfied with there meal ... asked for appetizers .. waited asked where they were and then was told we were out .. of this this and this ...calamari had no taste pasta looked old .. meatballs were hard as a rock .. I had a ribeye with asparagus and garlic mash potatoes the only thing warm on the plate was the asparagus .. the steak tasted like a paper plate .. and the mash potatoes were so cold I could have used them as an Icepack .. Our drinks were left on a windowsill.. apparently it was a self serve atmosphere .. and at one point a gentleman in our party ..cleared the table .. a fairhope tradition ...sadly not for much longer

I just checked back 2 see how pp liked this restaurant and sadly this person will not get off this website. Stop destroying this restaurant reputation. Find another website 2 tell your story. It is a sad one but go 2 somewhere else. This place has a new owner whom i know in person. He is a hard worker trying 2 make this business happen. It has been great but economy isn't 2 kind 2 him so please don't make it worse 4 him by putting your sad story here. This restaurant has been here over 30 years lets celebrate that and tell people how they captured the old style bringing back dishes that you loved. Come and taste the food it is amazing.

I have not been to the place yet but think these reviews need to be cleaned up. The place seems to be now owned by new people. Regardless it seems that people should be liable for what they are posting. No, I am not supporting a bed action. I am saying this is a site to review food for a place of biz. You don't like it fine but I hate that people are coming on here and get to hear your dirty laundry. I hope the people who know own the place can get the personal crap removed.

I once was a small-dainty girl with bright blue eyes with this silly misconception that all people were innately good. Greg was in my life in my life playing the role of protector during one brisk moment. Behind closed doors and dark rooms with only the dim night light allowing shadows to appear another story would unfold. It amazes me how wolves appear in sheeps clothing in our society. How fragile and tiny my little hands during that moment. A wolf appeared in the shadows growling and huffing while prowling towards me. My libery is in remembrance of what truly happend under the covers during those long nights in great detail! In conclusion, It is my satisfication in knowing that he is now registered as a pedifile. He must wear his scarlett P everyday! When he peers into my eyes he and I will know what really happened during those nights when a child's voice was never heard!

Just 4 the record this page is about the restaurant. Very simple u like the new restaurant or u don't. Any personal issue should be on some other page. The person u guys r talking about do not own this restaurant anymore so please don't put ur comment here about what hapened a 1000 years ago. It is truly ruining the new restaurant reputation. Thank u. I think this restaurant will do great. The food is good the servers r nice, its clean inside. It is a good family restaurant more people should come and see what the new owner has done 2 the restaurant.

For those of you ignorant people that do not believe Middleton did any thing wrong, you really need a reality check. It is MY DAUGHTER that it happened to. For her and the rest of our family that as real as it gets. WE are the ones that had to deal with all the S!*t that happens to a LITTLE GIRL when she goes through something as tramatic as being molested. It makes me sick to my stomach to know that this piece of crap walks around free everyday. I wish he could be raped by a whole gang of men and have to carry around that mental anguish the rest of his life. Then he may have some minute understanding of the pain he has caused my daughter and the rest of my family. My daughter trusted this man, looked up to him and what he did to her is unforgiveable. He no longer is affilated with the restarant or lives in Baldwin Co. You can check the Sex Offenders web site to see where he resides currently.
