Garden Ridge Pottery

I have once again went to Garden Ridge and have left disappointed with the service and appearance of this location. First of all, I don't dare want to put mind child in the rusted, old shopping carts provided, so I choose to carry her and go get what I need-a simple rug. Well, I find the rug and go to the checkout (where usually I encounter many problems again like today) there is only one person checking out people and doing the returns, so I wait a few minutes then ask if there is anyone else checking items out (because at this point we are waiting on a manager to come over and authorize a return or whatever) and the clerk tells me that she could call someone but by the time they get over here she would probably be done with doing the return. Well, once again I just left without getting what I came in for b/c of poor customer service and my time is more important than dealing with that. This was my last time to go to this Garden Ridge.
