Gaudin Ford

I have a 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid. Based upon some other reviews was at first skeptical to take my car into their dealership. However, after dropping my vehicle in for a "code retrieval", the final charge was 20 bucks versus the 100 quoted at another dealer. Next, as fate would have it, a fault light indicated a problem with a hybrid cooling part. The $700 repair was completely covered under my extended warranty. Scott in Service worked with the vendor, kept me up to date and promptly phoned when the work was finished. GREAT JOB! I needed a cosmetic part for my door sill and and once again great customer service. A gentleman from GAUDIN's parts dept came out to my car, identified the part and put it on for me for the whopping sum of 2 bucks. KUDOS to the staff at Gaudin!!!!!

I took my 2007 Ford Edge in for service. What a nice experience! Everyone was pleasant and professional. I was truly surprise at the ease of doing business there.
