We actually have three separate ways to help you with your PC. For serious work (i.e. No boot or really nasty viruses) we recommend bringing the system into the store here in Tigard. Or we can send a technician out to your house to work on the system in place. And, as a new service, we are offering over-the-internet evaluation and repair services.
