Gentle Dental Group

This is the worst dental office I ever visited ( including US, Eastern and Western Europe). The doctors can not diagnose or make a desision. Doctor Clein is very polite, very lazy and pridefull doctor . He spent less than 2 minutes on check up every time I went there. The receptionist girls are lame too, they are not polie with the patients. The only thing they care about is money. Very disapointed.

I was unhappy with this practice and wanted my records, including the records from my previous dentists office. They would only give them to me if I paid $25. I've never had a dentist charge before. They will nickel and dime you for everything. The worst place I've been to in 25 yrs.

Do not use this group! Dr. Zeigler (the owner) does not stand by his word. They will not give you the 2 cleanings the ins. company provides for. They try and charge you exorbitantly for everything. A real nickel and dime place! Stay away!
