I've never been in such a place where the doctor and office staff is so miserable, never any smiles it's pathetic to have to deal with people like them!!!! If you hate your job go elsewhere you shouldn't be working with the public especially with children!!!! on the other hand the pediatric specialist Dr. Erica Barba and her nurse are AWESOME!!!!! Everyone else is just very nasty and its sad!

you have a habit of double billing you have done this on two occasions causing me to stop using gentle dental. you called me to ask me if i would like to visit your facility i said no two weeks later you send me a statement telling me i owe you 181.00 for services back in november of 2009. once again you have proved to me that you are unscrupulous. i will report this matter to the better business bureau.chart #h039671

Readers digest sent out employees across this nation with perfect teeth ,gums etc . and came back with estimates ranging from 30000 right THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS down to 400 hundred dollars. END OF STORY. NOT YET. WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMEN,SENATORS, LOCAL REPS. CHANGE THE WAY THESE DIRTY DENTIST DO BUSINESS . WRITE EVERYDAY WE DO .REPLACE THEM WITH DOCTORS WHO CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY NOT JUST YOUR MONEY .AND THEY ALL DO. THESE DENTIST SHOULD BE LOCKED UP.We went to one of these scammers with humana card for cleaning no wya need DEEP CLEANING 500 dollars need xrays 25 dollars and the greedy dentist could not have his dirty hand out fast enough for get this an 8 DOLLAR OFFICE VISIT. get rid of these dentists. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THESE SCAMMERS DOCTORS..

WIFE WENT TO GENTLE DENTAL IN EAST BOYNTON BEACH WOOLBRIGHT RD.SUNSHINE SQUARE. WHAT A RIPOFF IT IS. WE HAVE HUMMANA DENTAL AND THEY WOULD NOT CLEAN HER TEETH EVEN THOUGH WE PAY FOR IT. THEY INSISTED SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY 500 DOLLARS FOR A DEEP CLEANING... WHAT A SCAM BIG TIME. ALSO A 8 DOLLAR OFFICE CHARGE AND 25 DOLLARS FOR HER DENTAAL RECORDS. I CALLED HUMAMA AND THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THIS RIPOFF. DON'T GO TO ANY GENTLE DENTAL OFFICES BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. JUST ABOUT MONEY NOT YOUR HEALTH.....TERRIBLE PLACE ALL OF THEM. This is the WORST dental practice I've ever experienced! They are rude & hostile. Dentist couldnt get a simple post & crown done in less than 4 hrs and work was so inferior!24 hrs later temp fell out, was told you can't change dentist and you have to wait until monday to have temp fixed which is likely going to cause tooth to crack....total waste of 1300 hundred $

Do NOT believe when they tell you that the analog inhalant [laughing gas] is only $33.00 per half hour. On surgery day, they tell you it is optional and not covered by insurance but that it is only $33.00 per half hour. Yet, they bill your medical insurance, which does not cover this service, and you end up paying $140.00 plus $33.00 per half hour. When they present the estimate before the surgery, they do not tell you that this estimate to be submitted to your insurance for billing includes charges for the inhalant. Demand a detailed breakdown of the estimate and ask why the inhalant is included since it is optional and you do not decide to use it until the day of the surgery.
