Geren's Farm Supply

I have conducted business with Gerens Farm Supply for quite a few years. They have always had suggestions to help me with any problems I may have. If I needed a product they did not carry, they spent the extra time it look it up and even call the company to answer my questions. They are a wonder family run business. I would have to agree with the comment posted in September of 2006 regarding employee knowledge. I called the store looking for some bell boots. The girl that answered the phone did not have a clue what I was talking about. She said we only have the high black muck boots. I then explained that the boots were for my HORSE not me. She said that they did not have any in stock. I stopped at the shop that day after work and found at least 4 pairs of them. Now I only deal with Les, Cathy or their daughter. Absolutely WONDERFUL PEOPLE

The lady I talked to did not know the difference between a hen or a rooster. She would now check the critter barn if any where available. She refused to help. I asked about the chicken size and color. She said she did not know -or the colors of the chickens. What a poor situation hiring a person that knows nothing nor has customer service skills. .
