I can't thank Roger Koo enough for another service he recently did for me.The first time we used RKPC,we thought our desk top was unrepairable.Roger came to our house and picked it up,brought it back the very next day,and had installed all the necessary programs to keep it running smoothly.He took the time out to educate us,answer all our questions and put up with our little Yorkie begging for attention the whole time.When I was in the market for a laptop,I knew just who to call.Roger sent me the make,model and store it could be purchased when I told him what my needs were. It was the best deal to be found.He told me everything I was going to need for my wireless connection and even drove me there to make it extremely convenient.He took it home with him and was back the very next morning.I needed a few lessons on some different procedures and he did not leave until all my questions were answered.I was hooked up and running in no time.I highly recommend RKPC.
