Bought a home
Gloria made it very easy for me to purchase a home. She was always communicating my concerning with the seller/seller's agent, making sure that asked for repairs were being completed. When Gloria didn't know the answer to my questions she was always willing to find an expert to ask. This saved me thousands of dollars.

If there is a balance owed on your home, then you do have to qualify for a mortgage loan and your best bet is to speak with a Mortgage Loan Officer to see what can be done to help you get qualified for a mortgage. Thank you for your question. It all depends if you are a first time home buyer which means that neither you or your spouse, if married, did not own a homestead home in the last 3 calendar years prior to your puchase in March 2008.
