Glover's Grooming

My Yorkie and I are still traumatized from the so called grooming she received this past Saturday. I left detailed instructions as to how I wanted my dog clipped...they were ignored completely! They shaved the dogs body completely...cut off her top notch and left a tail like a poodles. This was my first and only trip to this groomer...it looked like an assembly line of dogs being shaved...anyone can shave all the hair off a dog and I believe this is why they use young helpers...for the volume. An experienced groomer would not destroy the look and pride of an animal like this place did to my little dog. She will have to wear a sweater this entire summer to keep warm. I can only hope her hair will grow out fast.

I have had a good experience with Glover's Grooming for the past couple of years. I have a standard poodle with sensitive feet and they have been pretty good about being careful with his feet. He has had a tiny nic a time or two but with such a big hairy dog I would expect this... Very good service for the price.

These people are horrible. They do shoddy work and are not very nice. I had brought my dog there a few times per year over the last few years because the show was close to my house. When I finally asked them to take another look at my dog I was treated very rudely by the owners and eventually just left so I didn't have to hear them. I had seen them yell at each other and swear at employees in the past. There used to be a very young boy that they allowed to run around in the shop wearing only a diaper but I hadn't seen him lately. Do not take your dog here, go ANYWHERE else.

I have been taking my dog to Glover's grooming for close to 5 years now, and I won't take him anywhere else. Tom and Deb do a wonderful job and are amazing with my dog. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a groomer

Tom and Deb clipped my Schnauzer for 14 years! He received special treatment for his special skin allergies and attitude! The became like family to us and love every pet that comes in for a hair do!
