Gold Coast Tire & Auto

The worst experience I ever had.!! The service writer Andy is a bozo and never listened to what I asked for ! Balance the tires and rotate them.. It is SIMPLE.. They tried to talk me into another repair for over $130. !! I asked for my money back from the store manager Tony and he refused... SO now it is court time!!! I brought the car to a local tire store in Lantana, FL and they did the job perfectly..!! and charged me $35..!!

Wasted my time and money going to these clowns.. They couldn't even get an easy tire rotation correct. I wonder if they even balanced my tires??? Andrew tries to hike up the work orders so he makes big $$$ He told me my whole front suspension is going to fall off and that I need to have the car towed..!! LOL..!! A TOTAL LIAR..!

On 10/01/2009 I enter the store of Gold Coast tire and toild them I think something is wrong with my brakes and there was some noise, when I turn left and right. But I do not know if it is my brakes. They told me my Front disc brakes both router needed replacing and or things with the brakes. So I thought they know what they were talking about. After one hour I got my car and drove around the corner to house. I still heard the some sound in the the car. So I call and they told me to bring it back. They then did a test drive of car and told me that they is no safety problems wrong with the car and that you will be okay. It sounds like the bar that holds the wheels together is geting weak and will need replacing, but they is no saftey issues to the car. They saturday my hold car was stoping and hard to turn left and right so I told it to a get a computer test to find out what was wrong. It was my transmission. It cost me $1400.00 to get fix. I feel the Gold Coast Tire told me

I went to Goodyear in Coral Springs for an oil change. They had me in and out and I had no problems. I will go back for sure.

I have been a happy Gold Coast Tire customer for a couple of years. I was looking for their phone number when I saw a negative review. I just wanted to say that I have always had great experiences with them. My family brings 3 cars to them, and trusts them completely. They may not be the least expensive, but the prices are fair and I know it will be done right. Try Gold Coast, I know you won't be sorry.

I went to Gold Coast Tire to fix my car. Unfortunately, my car is not fixed and my wallet is a good deal lighter. They did a poor job on my car and it is not fixed till this day. I tried to remedy this situation but they were not helpful. In fact, when I looked them up on the Internet I noticed they had a C- rating from the Better Business Bureau. Also, there were many complaints about them on the Internet. It seems that they have a manager reply to every complaint and try to make themselves out to be the victim, as ridiculous as that may sound. It is unfortunate that a business would resort to such tactics. Based on my experience all I can say is buyer beware!
