Golden Oaks Apartments

I have lived at Golden Oaks for two years now and I have not seen any abuse whatsoever. Some of the residents who have lived here for quite some time, don't get along with the new Service Coordinator and Manager. The thing with the windows is the management asks that the windows remain closed after winter sets in because Golden Oaks pays for the heat. This is housing for the elderly and handicapped. Rent is based on income.

Golden Oaks is abusive to the residents, they have done eveything in there power to threaten and make the tenants feel worthless, they are not caring they would like you to believe, they let the tenants clean the place up on the outside, they have takin away all privilages of the tenants, The threats they put upon the tenants such as if you do or don't do something then you would get fined or have to move, Threats are over how high you have your window open or going out the wrong door .these people don't really care about the elderly. If you have a loved one going to a retirement home don't let it be this one .
