I used Golden State Home Inspections for a home inspection on a reo I was purchasing. I read many good reviews about this company that I thought I would give them a try. I must say I was very pleased with how thorough the inspector was the detailed report I got from him. I did not end up getting that particular house, but I plan on using their service again when I find another home I'm interested in buying.~Paula J.

I've been using Craig at Golden State Home Inspections for 8 years. He's the best at uncovering issues adn helping clients identify how big an issue they are or aren't. I'm always confident with Craig on the inspections and couldn't recommend him any higher than I do.
