the equipement is great. staff is either naturally rude or to dumb to speak. the memebers are rude new yorkers and 40 year old guidos and guidettes

Gold's Gym should come in and shut the place down for misrepresenting the company.Its a same for all that equipment to go to waste. The Solace day spa is filled with a staff who is not trained in customer service.The manager is the biggest liar and so is the owner!

I just recently started and so happy that I joined. It seems as though the two comments that are listed here are by the nervous competition! The recent VIP party they had to celebrate their grand opening reiterated my decision to join since the place is clean, organized, and offers state-of-the art equeipment and programs for exercise. I highly recommend checking the place out. Staff and members are nice.

Gold's gym, Old Bridge sucks! If you're looking for a real service oriented, friendly staff with good group classes, Gold's Gym Old Bridge will dissapoint you, big time! No Members! No atmosphere! Might as well work out in your basement.

I just joined this gym in Old Bridge Shoppes off of Route 9 - state of the art facility with great equipment, juicebar and key pad lockers in locker rooms along with dry and steam sauna! This is definitely the spot for guys into serious bodybuilding. Even though they have plenty of rooms for cardio and aerobics most of their space caters to bodybuilders and weight lifters. Staff is personable and always willing to help. They even have a spa downstairs. I would definitely join!
