Goodwill Stores

I like to buy used cookbooks, but their prices here are pretty steep. $4 for a hardcover and $3 for a softcover adds up pretty quickly. While they have a huge selection of women's clothing to browse, their men's clothing takes up about 4 to 5 racks and is not cheap on top of that. You're probably better off going to Value Village or Goodwill in Yakima.

I love thrift shopping. i love the hunt... Even before the economy turned. But i couldn't be more disappointed with the Ellensburg GoodWill! I prices on clothes are outrageous! $4-$6 on shirts with stains and tears, unraveling seams, piles! Sure, you're going to find that kind of stuff but it should be $.99 ! I could get better pricing on new clothes at Old Navy on clearance! I've never been to a GoodWill with such Bad pricing on such OLD CRAP! I thought GoodWill is Supposed to be HELPING people who cant afford to shop new! Today I saw boxes of Dishes(4plates, 4bowls, 4mugs) $20.00 !?!?!? uh... yeah the Dollar store is a better bet. or Target. or Walmart. but Ellensburg G.W. is taking advantage of the fact that thoes stores dont exist in E-burg. So let the Poor suffer some more. Thanks!

I visitied this Goodwill while in Ellensburg several weeks ago. My daughter thought that we were in the Tieton Ave Goodwill in Yakima! They open at 9am.
