I booked a port a potty unit for my charity event a month ahead of time. I was sending emails and phone calls weekly to confirm, as well as sending them directions. I called 3 times the week of my event to confirm and was assured it would be delivered. Friday at 11:3...0 am I was sent an email saying my location is too far for them to come, even though the originally agreed and reviewed my directions. They left me with no options right before my event. They do not return phone calls or messages. They are disorganized, have no sense of decency and they have horrible customer service. We called this company because we were having problems with our septic. They sent a Tech to look at it. The Tech said we needed a new cover so water wouldn't come in. We got it pumped out. Four days go by and we had to have the septic pumped out again. A different guy c...alled us back later in the day and said he was at our house and looked at the septic and said we needed something else other than what the orginal Tech said we needed. We scheduled on a Wed. to have it pumped out by their people it's now Saturday and no one has shown up and they don't return phone calls. This other guy said he would be here first thing Saturday morning to talk to us, he never showed. I wouldn't recommend this company because they don't show up and give you conflicting information.
