Grande Ronde Fitness Club

I am a new member of the club and go everyday, i was a member of the multnomah athletic club ( the largest and most reviered club in oregon) obviously the club is placed in a smaller town then portland but the small town aspect keeps it quiet which is nice. the club is versatile and has everything you'll need and everyone is very friendly. if your looking for a good workout with the help of a small town humbleness this is the place to go

You have to try their 100% fruit smoothies. The smoothies are taste great and they are good for you. I would recommend them over any other smoothie shop.

I have heard a lot of different opinion about the fitness club and decided to find out for myself. I was pleased with the service rendered. Of course the club is not as up to date as some in big cities but they try hard to keep it a enjoyable place to work out at with the it being a small community and a small club.

So glad to see lots of participation with racquetball challenge court night. It is a blast, especially when you crush one of the club employees on the court :)
