Great Lakes Inn Mackinaw City

I was searching around and the Great Lakes Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful, clean quiet rooms. The pool was wonderful. My family Had a great time we will definitely be back!!

We spent a couple of days this September in Mackinaw City at the Great Lakes Inn. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and attentive. The only disappointment was the pool and the spa.....both were too cold to enjoy. Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely consider staying there again. (P.S. We also had a great view of the Truck Show from our balcony. That was pretty amazing!.) Thanks!

We were traveling from Northern Wisconsin to Clinton Township, Mi. came across this great "Inn". Was off the beaten path a little, which was great, nice and quite and still still within walking distance to downtown and right across the street from one of the ferry's to the island. Room accommodations were great, coffee pot micorwave hair dryer, iron and ironing board where a big suprise and a nice touch. Staff could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. I would definitly stay here again and again. They have an outdoor pool, (was being refinished so we were unable to use it) and and indoor pool and jacuzzi. All this for a very affordable price. Could not do any better then this "Inn" You're fool if you pay more with less amenities then this quaint affordable stay.

Great stay for a economy lodge staff was nice and helpful, great location off the main drag bit still close to everything Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Good stay to save a few bucks

I’d like to recommend this hotel. I didn’t make any reservation even 2 days before I went on a trip to Mackinaw city. hotel prices around Mackinaw city was very high than I expected. I didn’t even read any reviews when I made a reservation on this hotel thinking that I would rather saving money than persueing comportness or quality of hotel. but I was very satisfied with the hotel. because I could save money as I though and the hotel was much nicer than I thought. the ladies in front desk was very kind so that my 2-year-old son liked to go to the front desk to talk to the ladies and the room we stayed was clean and comfort. If you want to see the lake or walk to beach from your hotel to swim, this hotel is not the answer.
