11 homes look-see and we (me and my wife) wrote an offer on one. Accepted. We're in escrow. Bittersweet really. Greg-wow, what a guy. He gets along with everyone. I mean from the time we met and he took us on the go-sees he said hello and was greeted by almost everyone. He is just that kind of nice guy. And KNOWLEDGEABLE! Knows the details, and all the areas in and around Los Feliz. It was, well, like he was born here. Because he was. A native Los Angelino? He's the first I've met. Now, in escrow, he's just as knowledgeable, just as accessible. Rarely do I get a recorded voice. And if I do, he returns my call within minutes. Everything has been great. He was a referral from a close friend and I will be referring Greg to everyone! What a guy. Seriously.
