Grice Gun Shop Inc

On September 1 2011 a friend of mine purchased a new savage model 12 rifle. As he was buying his rifle i looked around to see if I needed anything. As i approached the check out I saw several boxes of 257 Wheaterby magnums in 100gr spire point. The price were 34.99 a box, which is a good price since Cabela's wanted 42.00 for new brass. As I was checking out I noticed that the price was 37.99 and I told the girl that the price was 34.99. Ishowed her the price tag and she agreed and called for a man walking by.She showed him the price on the box and told him that it came up a different price. He said that what ever the price is on the register is the right price and it did not matter what the price was on the merchandise. Can you believe this.if this isn't false advertising I don't know what is. This has happened not only to me but several other people so watch you slips at this store they do not honor their own prices. Did I buy the shells? Hell no and this is probably my last trip.

They are probably getting too big to care about the customer. I purchased $250 in gift certificates, then I placed a used gun to hold until I could come back next week per their suggestion. I returned the following Saturday to make my purchase, but decided to buy the more expensive new version of the same gun. I never had the weapon in my possession, yet they charged me $20 to restock a gun that was still in their stock??? Oh yes, the reason I wanted to upgrade is because I didn't understand their scam to attempt to sell a used gun for $20 less than the price of that same gun new. As for the 3 gift cards. Oh yes, since my son lost the little slips of paper that accompany the three plastic cards, they could not use them, unless we could verify the value of each card, which we could not do. They said, "you have to have that little slip, that is why we gave it to you." I guess I am just too stupid to understand that gift cards from Grice gun shop have catch. Be careful.
