It figures that as we were trying to close our end of the year a hard drive would fail. Our legal services department's most recent backup was a week old, but Sherman Homan at Grumble Fix recovered the drive and the data.

We have a Windows machine that runs our wide format printer. It failed, refused to boot up. We were in a panic, Sherman Homan at Grumble Fix pulled off the files, cleaned out a virus and got us printing again.

Our web service provider went off line yesterday morning. After a panicky call to Grumble Fix we were back on line with a new hosting company by the end of the day. Our business lives and dies by email!

It had been many years since our fleet of computers were set up on a network. Sherman Homan and Grumble FIx got our new server and cables connected with out knocking us out. Great job!

Other tenants in our office building have over a dozen wireless networks, we could not keep connected to ours. Sherman Homan at Grumble Fix figured out the right settings and the security. Now the wireless works perfectly!
