family run office
Some people from the office were outside helping people shovel their cars out of the snow after the blizzard. I saw someone walking outside to help an older lady get in. In the waiting room someone was going around asking everyone if they were comfortable. This was just the start. My whole experience in this office left me feeling very good. There was a sense of old world character and respect here. Very courteous. Dr.Gupta, you're great personality and charm is also reflected through your staff.

suprised that people could be so respectful in NYC. This is the best gastroenterologist and best staff and most beautiful office i have ever seen. they are real people and very kind. this is how a doctors office should be. very well organized and everyone was knowledgable. THANK YO FOR THE BREATH OF FRESH AIR !!!!!!!!!!

when you need help or an answer to a question, they give you an answer or find someone who can - there is no usual docotrs office b.s - I had a question- doctor gupta called me from HOME within 20minutes! what more do I have to say.
