I was really impressed with how much time and effort Steve spent after listing our home. Because he is a smaller agency each client receives more attention. Steve advertizes on the internet and real estate magazines in addition to frequent open houses. Steve also helped whenever we needed it throughout the two months it took to sell with repairs, etc. He proves that "Smaller is better".

Moving from 900 miles away wasn't an easy task in finding a home, but Steve made it easier on us in showing us a larger volume of homes in a matter of days. Steve worked long hours on our behalf and never complained once. Also Steve's extensive knowledge of home construction proved to be very useful. He steered us away from many potential "Money Pits".
