We purchased a Geneva M, after several emails and calls with Dylan. His detailed list of audio possibilities that fit *our* needs, plus informative and simply fun phone calls were the best and most unusual customer service I've ever had (and I'm no spring chicken). He even guessed the brand and model of the old album turntable we have, just based on my saying it looked cool and was in MOMA. Great line of products, great human too.

If you buy online, call or email the company you're buying from first! Make sure they're a solid company and that they pickup their phones. I ordered a new plasma tv for my living room and the people at HIDEF were extremely helpful in every way. Everything was flawless and I would recommend them to all. Thanks again for everything!

I ordered from them and had no problem with getting my TV shipped on time. They are highly recommended and I plan on purchasing a new BlueRay from them shortly. Great prices!
