Heartland Monument

NO STAR RATING BEWARE OF DAN HILL he is a low life dishonest person that takes your money and then looks you in the eye and lies !!!! My sister ordered and paid in advance for a stone for her beloved husband and loving father to my nieces ,,and it has been over eight months and DAN HILL can not produce any form of proof the stone was ever ordered and he WILL NOT answer his phone or return any phone calls. After doing some investigation I have discovered that DAN HILL has been ripping off people with the scam of pretending to care and be compassionate in order to get you to pay in advance for a stone he never orders. I have news for DAN HILL you will not get away with it this time. I vow to use any resource neccessary to put you out of your pitiful miserable business and will expose you to all who will listen. YOU ARE THE LOWEST OF THIEVES AND DESERVE NO MERCY YOU WILL BURN IN HELL FOR YOUR ACTIONS.

This business does not deserve even a one star rating . I disregarded the bad things I had read & heard about Heartland. I talked to the owner Dan Hill in person, Mr. Hill gave quite a show as a caring person he should be an actor. Mr. Hill requested a down payment on 07-19-2010 for my mother's headstone and said the stone would be in place in approximately 6 weeks. I waited over 3 months to contact Heartland to check on progress, after about 6 phone calls & 3 e-mails I have not been able to make contact with anyone at Heartland. It is now 01-07-2011 and I just left a message with the offering of just returning my down payment of $ 500.00.

THIS IS THE SLOWEST AND WORST PLACE TO GET A MONUMENT. I HAVE HAD A FRIEND WAITING FOR A YEAR FOR HIS MONUMENT AND HE CAN'T EVEN GET ANYONE TO RETURN HIS CALL. THIS PLACE IS A RACKET. HE PAID HIS MONEY IN ADVANCE WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE. NOW HE GETS NOTHING AND NO RETURNED PHONE CALLS. DON'T GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.....!!!!! HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR WHAT SOMEONE WHO HAS LOST A LOVED ONE GOES THROUGH........
