Sorry Product

This is an awful company to do business with. They are rude and think they are the best around. I went to a Old Tyme customer appreciation and the guy that was taking the pictures was a little guy that says he owed the company and one of the people with him was smelly man that smell of smoke odor and had bad breath. I was very offended about the some of the comments I heard come from the two of them. I didn't even get my free picture because the quality on the computer was so bad and it looked out of focus

Employee Beware

1

Frank talks the talk, intices with big money making opportunities and then earns his living using your time, effort, and money. May be sufficient for part time extra money if you want to wait weeks to get paid, but definetely not an income to depend on. I wish I would have checked out this site before wasting my time.

AWFUL

I had a very bad experience with this company. The man that owns it is a sex freak and says he is the deacon of his church. He hit on me when I was having my picture made and the bad thing about is that he had staff with him that told me to watch out for him. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I pray for his wife daily because this man is a pig

Daycare

My children go to a daycare and this company came in andtook the kids old tyme pictures and they were not good. The photgrapher was a long haired hippie with earring and he was rude and smelled like alcohol. this is not good business practice. I called the owner at least he said he was owner and deacon of his church but he didn't take care of the problem. My wife had a glamour party and the same guy turned up and still no change. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONEST

I just wanted the world to know that I had my glamour shots done with this company it was awful. the man that took my photo was picking up on me and made me feel uncomfortable. Then the pictures came back and they had a glare in them. it was awful and I tried to get a refund and the owner of the company refused. Then when I called the office the [eperson that answered hung up on me

Terrible Product, Terrible Service

1

We had our Christmas portraits done with our dogs. The pictures look "okay" on the computer when ordering them, and we spent $280 for Christmas cards and pictures AND proofs. Upon receiving the photos, one of our dogs leg was cut off and computerized poorly so it looked like someone had literally sawed off his leg. My husbands shoe was stretched out next to our dogs newly cut off leg so it looked like he had a pop tart for a foot. Oh and it wasnt centered. My husbands entire right side of his body was cut off. The man at Heirloom insisted it was our fault and the dogs leg was under the rug. HE WAS STANDING UP!!! And it was clearly computerized. AND he never gave us our proofs we paid $30 for. This is a terrible business and a SCAM! Do not use these people! I beg you not to waste your time and money. We are getting another set of Christmas cards made from, Walmart. I can take a picture of us better than they can.

I like HPS

I have worked at Heirloom Portrait studio for about 5 months and I love it. I am working full time and making decent money. As far as The owner being rude or disrespectful I can't say. He has been great to me and anyone else for that matter. We are like family here and I am proud to be a part of it.
