Wish I had stopped there sooner!
I go to Oshkosh every July and have seen the store. Enroute this year I stopped to check out the cheese and sausage. The cheddar cheese curds are the best I've ever had, the garlic summer sausage is tremendous, and the black pepper jerky is moist and tender, not dry and hard like all others I have had. Prices are very reasonable. Why did I wait so long? I'll be back...

Held's meat is the best
Every time i make the 1000+ mile trip from south Mississippi
too Wisconin i stop at held meat market. In my estimation the best in the country. every thing is great jerky/ summer sausage/ brats and all there meat is fantasitic

The first time I stopped at Held's was when I was 6 yrs old. I lived in LA for many yrs & still made the pilgrimage to Held's when I returned for a visit. I am now 52 and still stop often. I highly recommend the garlic summer sausage, you'll not find better.

WI to Bama--best cheese and jerky ever !!!!
On a recent trip from Waukesha to Oshkosh, my husband and stopped into a roadside store for a brief break from driving. We were drawn immediately to the fresh meat & cheese selections.
We purchased a couple of the specialty cheese' and various jerky. All products were superb! Thank you and you will be hearing from us for shipments to Alabama! Also, the staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Helds is the best buthcher in the area. The bacon is world class.My husband buys it and freezes it so we have it all the time.They have a great selection of cheeses also.Great knowledge of how to cook foods....
