Last year I needed to get away for some overdue relaxing alone time. Lindsay was able to secure an incredible rate for me at the Ritz Carlton in Maui. During my trip, I became very ill and ended up in the emergency room. She went above the call of duty by arranging my doctor's appointment with the concierge. Informing the management staff about my illness so that they could check in on me, since I was traveling alone. She took care of canceling my tourist plans and getting me refunds. She oversaw the exchange of my rental car and worked with the rental car agency to accommodate my situation of a complicated pick up and delivery switch since I couldn't drive while on heavy medication. Aand most importantly, she showed genuine concern for my well-being. I must say that I have not experienced this level of customer service from any business, of any size in any industry. No online travel system could have never done what she did for me. I'll be a loyal customer for life.
