I visited Hickmans over the holidays and was so pleased with the customer service and the family enviroment. Not only was my tenderloin delicious but Bill took the time during the holiday season to actually explain and write down cooking instructions. I use HIckmans both personally and for my chef service because their market is always about quality first. They are tops in my book for customer service. I never even have to touch their meats with a knife when I get to a client's home or to a dinner party or event. Bill, his family and employees are SIMPLY THE BEST! His prime meats are the best around. Feedback from clients is always fabulous on all Hickman products.

Catering an event for 80 people out of a domestic kitchen and one outdoor gas grill is a challenge. Walk into Hickman's for great prices on top quality meats or bring your own budget bulk meats for them to butcher and vac pack for easy storage. Bill Hickman provides the best meats in the area. They come from clean sources and are butchered and trimmed to perfection. Bill and his staff are exceptional. You pay a premium but it's worth every bit of it. On certain evenings Bill custom cuts and trims meat portions at Nage restaurant next door. I love Nage but thought, "Why shouldn't I just buy the meat at Hickman's and grill it myself" but then I tried it one evening at Nage. It was an exceptional meal.
