Your statement that i didn't complete the work required in your divorce is inaccurate. It would be more accurate to say I didn't finish the work due to your failure to pay the outstanding bill. It would also be more accurate to say that I continued representing you under the promise that you would pay the outstanding bill. At some point your promise to pay meant very little and I refused to be taken further advantage of. I stand ready to complete the work upon payment!

Cliff Hochman did not complete the needed documents for my divorce and I still do not have access to my retirement assets. I have been trying to get this work completed for 3 years!!
