"I have lived out there and it was a nice quite place and I felt safe living there I have 3 kids and I did not have to worry about them when they were outside. I think the landord is a great preson and is willing to help poeple out if they need her to."

"I have resided in this Park for over 5, well maybe six years now. While I have to admit, when I first moved in I even questioned my own safty as well as the safty of my home when I was away. With the current management and constant communication which the management has been able to achieve through out the park, I have to say that I feel more safe here than anywhere in the city. Like anywhere there have been problems, I would be a fool to not say so, but management has delt with the problems and with the strict regulations and application process to be a resident has ensured that Hollywood Trailer Park is probably one of the safest communities in South Bend."

"In response to the person that has "heard" that this mobile home park is bad and full of drug activities. I live in this Mobile Home Park and I feel very safe living here, and as far as Drug Activity, I believe drug problems are a Country wide problem and does not center around this community. There have been issues in the past as far as drugs, and now the residents and managment work together to report these activities, and do what needs to be done to get these types of people out of our community and do everything possible to keep these types of people from moving in. Our community went from being turned upside down with about 30 abandoned/condemned mobile homes, drug problems, alcholics, prostitution, thefts, etc... managment changed from Property Managment to Park Managment, the owners got involved and cleaned up the overall visual aspects of the community and evicted the trouble makers. This community is very safe now and has been cleaned up of all of the above issues."

Pets

No knew pet registrations will be accepted, as we now(as of 2-1-07) no longer allow new pets in the park. We do have pets that currently reside here, but are grandfathered to our new addendum. We have implemented this because of the constant hassel of having to push the issues of tenants getting rabies vaccinations for their pets, and keeping their pets confined to their own lots. If residents would do as they are required, others would be able to have future pets. The future of our pet policy depends on the current residents with grandfathered pets, and them following our rules with no further problems. I
