Holt Large Animal Clinic

Dr. Holt has become extremely fickle and unreliable under both emergency and routine-work conditions. A fly-by-night/hit or miss mobile veterinarian. We could not get a customary response from this veterinarian or his office, after leaving many emergency messages at his office and on his pager. Sadly, by the time Dr. Holt responded, our daughter's horse had acute colic and passed. Her horse could have been saved, if Dr. Holt or his staff would have responded to our numerous calls, even the courtesy of referring us to another veterinarian would have been appropriately professional. We have used Dr. Holt since relocating to Forney back in 1998, and his fickleness appeared to have begun back in 2005. Since this time, Dr. Holt has only degenerated rapidly in all aspects of his professional services, approach and personal hygiene. We cannot recommend using Dr. Holt for either emergency or routine work. Our veterinarian should be one we can rely upon in responding & in giving the utmost care

Dr. Holt's prices are absurd and his response time is ridiculously SLOW! Also he does have an uncanny approach and attitude toward females of all ages, leaving you feeling violated in your right to be treated as a client by a professional. Dr. Holt's office personnel comes across as very illiterate; lacking in accommodating our questions or needs in which an educated staff should be able to provide. They offer no type of on-site medical care or boarding facilities. The mobile service, equipment knowledge and technology is very outdated, being at a bare minimum. Dr. Holt is obviously getting by with no attempts in keeping up with new advancements. I cannot recommend Dr. Tim Holt, with a clear honest conscious, to any person.

Dr. Holt lacks in integrity, honesty, ethics and morals. He is always late or just plan will not show when he is pre-scheduled well in advance. Tim has incredible excuses for each late or missed appointment. His pricing is too high for the services he provides. And the quality of his services and his professional cleanliness is extremely deficient. I have used Dr. Holt for well over 12 years and he only gets worse the longer we use him! I highly do NOT recommend this vet, you only find it was a wast of your time in attempting a relationship with Tim. His dependency and overall character only depreciates over time.

Besides being slow in responding to an emergency,or not responding at all, this guy's prices are higher than other local more ethical and moral vets. This Doc's overall character is extremely shaddy. Found other informative facts at woman savers dot com.

My professional and personal experiences with Tim Holt have been nothing but negative. He takes too long returning emergency calls, never on time or does not show up, prices are too high. If you want a professional relationship with a reliable veterinarian then I would not recommend using Tim Holt. Tim is a self-pitying, double-dealing, womanizing, manipulator. This lotharios struggles with low self-esteem and his behavior is far from innocent. You will know this only after the fact of a personal or professional relationship with him.
