I needed to have a house inspected that I was interested in purchasing. Someone reccommended Tommy to me and I am VERY happy they did. Even with a full schedule that day he was early to our appointment its very rare you find someone so prompt these days. He took me through the entire house and explained step by step what he was looking for and why it was important. He checked every inch of the house and is extremely knowledgeable. Then next day he emailed me the inspection report and actually hand delivered the actual report to me! Amazing. Needless to say when searching for a home inspector to inspect a home I'm considering to purchase I found most were either to busy or fast talking to feel comfortable. Prices ranged all over the place, and to be frank I never felt comfortable, well not until I spoke to Tommy a few times. My broker is pretty high end so she was pretty aloof when I mentioned Tommy. I learned a lot from the fancy inspector the buyers of my current home brought in, but when Tommy went to work, I laughed at that fancy named inspector that walked through the home I was selling. Tommy folks is the real deal, I mean the REAL DEAL. Even my broker was impressed. In the end, the product that he delivered to me, first via email, then the bound version in the mail were beyond impressive. So if you want the REAL DEAL don't waste your time calling all the others like I did, call Tommy, the guy's as honest as you can get. Great job Tommy thanks.

Great job.. Very happy with his services..Tommy is very pleasant...he inspected every detail of the house.. Tommy answered all of our questions. He took a lot pictures, which are all displayed on his report. Awesome work.. definite would recommend him.

My wife and I are getting ready to buy our first home and the first thing you need to do is get an inspector. We found Tommy Online and made a reservation with him. He arrived early and was very patient with us. My wife and I are both teachers and we have little knowledge of the inner workings of a house. He answered all of our questions and really helped us get a better understanding of wheat we were seeing. Tommy is a great inspector. He knows what hes doing and he will explain it as he goes. This was out 2nd home inspection that was completed by Tommy. He was on time, prepared and knowledgeable of all aspects of the home. The inspection report was emailed to me within a few hours and was very detailed with pictures. He also provided us with a binder which included the same report as well as coupons. My wife and I would recommend Tommy without hesitation.
