About Homes by Vanderbuilt
Homes by Vanderbuilt is a licensed general contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. We have been in the modular housing business since 1984 and are privileged to have served thousands of satisfied homeowners. We look forward to welcoming you into the... Homes by Vanderbuilt family.
We currently offer a selection of over 120 modular home plans that we can build on your lot in much of NC as well as parts of SC and VA. All of our modular homes are crane-set, meet or exceed the local residential bulding codes and qualify for the same financing terms as site-built homes. Our modular homes typically use about 20% more lumber than conventionally framed site-built homes with less waste.
35 of our home plans can be seen at our beautifully furnished and decorated display center which is centrally located in Sanford, NC. Please enjoy browsing through our catalog of 120 modular home plans shown in the price categories above. We can also quote derivations of these plans, custom plans and plans from other builders.
All of our display homes are open and available for you to browse through at your leisure. We will happily provide you with a price book for you to use during your visit and our experienced, professional sales staff is available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you in the selection of your new home. We are confident that you will find visiting us well worth the drive from anywhere in our vast market area. http://www.ncmodulars.com

Homes By Vanderbuilt
Homes by Vanderbuilt was a smart buy. I had reservations about buying a modular home because I moved into one that was already built back in Indiana. I asked them about building me an energy efficient home and they showed me their inventory and I got to customize the lo...ok. I gotta say, my heating and cooliong bills are down and I feel good about the home my family has. I am thankful I bought from Homes by Vanderbuilt. http://www.xtremegreenhomes.com
Homes By Vanderbuilt was excellent
Homes by Vanderbuilt were superb. They were true to their word and always checked with me before they left for the day to give a progress report and let me know what was to be done the next day. They made sure I had their phone number in case I had questions or concerns... that might come up later. I couldn't say enough good about this crew to express how pleased I was with their work quality and professionalism.
