The lack of response when you try to cancel your memebership is shocking. No where is there an actual number to call, never is there someone who can respond to your request, and often, you are given a fax line number that will not accept faxes. Marlene, whom I am told is a manager, has never returned one of my calls, and you have to contact AAC in Missouri to speak to a representative then they will take action in 45 days.? I have already done the work to cancel my membership. They withdrew from my account AFTER specifically cancelling my memebership. When I complained in the store, the next day I was sent free tanning passes and a letter saying how nice it was to meet me by Marlene??? I have never had the opportunity to speak to this woman?? I thought the salons were dirty, and lack maturity by the staff. The young girls were nice but on cell phones most;y, the music was way too loud. Good for teenie boppers, not good for adults. Very disappointed. tasteless business practices.

I am unhappy how when purchasing a package I wasn't told about an expiration date. When investing money into a company, whether it be retail, restaurant, or this type, there should be no expiration date.

Best tanning salon around. Top of the line tanning beds and a friendly staff that remembers your name (and sometimes even your tanning number). Awesome place, clean.. and their hours are great, even on Eves of holidays, etc. Highly recommend!

I think this is the only tanning center that actually delivers great tanning results as well as customer service. Everyone was friendly and made my experience there want to come again. thanks
