House Master needs a new slogan. "Inspections Done Right"...yeah right?

Guarantee not worth the paper it is written on. "Home inspections done right"..not an appropriate slogan. My husband found several small holes in the edge of our roof. In the inspection report, there is a picture of this area and there is a rust stain on the soffit, as an inspector wouldn't this have seemed odd to you, maybe you might wonder where the water was coming from to make that rust? Well apparently not. They didn't even check, and now I am stuck dealing with it. They found a missing condensation line in the attic, but not the bat guano all around the unit? Jokes on me though, they aren't responsible for pest infestation. Or to be morally bound to tell someone. Not responsible for holes in the roof???? What the heck are they responsible for? Final verdict. DO NOT CALL !HOUSEMASTER.

They Call them HouseMasters for a Reason!

I am a REALTOR as well as a fence contractor. I have used HouseMaters in the past, and my real estate company uses them monthly. Every time we call them to have an inspection done they are on top of it.
