This year is the 25th anniversary of being in business. This says alot! Ms. April has touched so many lives. She gives her whole heart to the children in her school. She passes along to her teaches the compassion and the professionalism of dance. My daughter has been there for 7 years - since she was three years old and she still looks forward going to dance class.

Howell Academy of Dance is so amazing. I am a student there on the competition team and love it. I had always loved dancing and dancing at Howell Academy is an honor. The teachers are patient, compasionate, and very talented. They choreograph each dance perfectly and treat each student equally. Ms April, the owner, is an amazing woman who, when she sets her mind to it, can do anything. Ms Kelly Knight, the director, is just as amazing with her extreme talent and passion for dance. I love all of the dance teachers and staff because they reach out to every dancer and make sure no one is left behind. Competitions are so much fun, thanks to them, and the recital is just phenominal. I just wanted to say thank you to the directors, teachers, and staff of Howell Academy because if I wasn't for you I wouldn't be where I am today. They work so hard every single day and it can be very stressful. All the teachers, staff, parents, and students are amazing and I love all you guys soooooo much! <333

Extremely professional and yet maintains a very family atmosphere. The owner is an incredible person with a huge heart. Within moments of meeting her, you will know that your child will receive the greatest dance education based on her own passion for dance, the love for her students, the pride in her excellent staff, and her enthusiasm to provide your child with the most precious memories being in the spotlight on stage. Unlike any other dance studio, each student is a star, no child is pushed aside. You will be amazed at how much your child has learned and has blossomed as a dancer within a year; my daughter had to left feet n NO rhythm! The teachers, who are all overly certified, engage with ALL of the students making them feel comfortable in class. Which brings me to the recital- PHENOMENAL! From a parent to a parent…trust me, Howell Academy is more than a dance studio, it is an investment of the most prestigious dance education and the most precious childhood memories.

Not only was it a breath of fresh air to finally have my kids in a place where they learned and had fun but the recital was wonderful! Very professional, we felt like we were seeing a New York production. It shows how Miss April & her staff care about the kids!
