Image Hair Studio

I have been going to these girls for the past 8 years and would not go anywhere else. I am in my later 40's and my personal girl is Rachel. She makes me feel beautiful and it shows by all the compliments I recieve from those asking who my hairdresser is!! Alot of my friends and my daughter go to Image. Yes they are hip and fashion forward.If your stuck in a time warp and want to stay there ...then this is not the salon for you. If you want to get out of that time warp and live for today, make an appointment. You will not be dissapointed.They all do awesome wedding and prom hair also.

I am reading all of these nasty comments by people and it makes me very angry. I am a 21 year old student, and for my entire life i have gone into salons and barbers and asked for a certain hair cut and every time they mess it up. I walked into this place one day and i engaged in conversation first, so naturally they talked back to me. The young lady who cut my hair was the most helpful person i could have asked for. I asked her for her opinion and she hooked me up with a new look. I received many compliments and they did it for a reasonable price. I know it doesn't take much to cut a guys hair, but thats besides the point. I felt comfortable in this place and i will go there every time i need a hair cut. Also, for the A-hole who mocked there bringing sexy back slogan. There trying to run a business, and people use catchphrases like that all the time. Id rather hear it from them than an over paid pop star ya prick. Keep doing what your doing lady's. The "cig" thing i would work on.

The girls were really gross smelling like cigarette smoke and bad breath, and the hair cuts they give are so bad that i had to leave and drive directly to another salon.

These girls are amazing. Everytime I go in there, I always leave with a fabulous haircut. They really know their stuff! I may not frequent Image enough to be remembered by everyone, but they are always friendly! I've been to DeeDee and Missy and their styles differ, but I've never left unhappy. They are way nicer than Salon Joey ;)

This is the most horrible salon I have ever been to. The hair dressers all have their hair horrible colors like red and gross colors... and they are very petty dramatic people.

Both times I went into the hair studio, they never talked to me. I constantly got a whiff of the smoke from the girl outside, they smoke right on the steps where people enter. They didn't know of my appointment, apparently they were unorganized and never wrote that I had one down. Also, the hairdresser talked to a coworker the whole time while waiting and getting hair done. Very small studio, limited capabilities

I was referred to the salon by my daughter. Both Rachel and Missy styled my daughter’s hair and the wedding party's hair, including mine. We received complements the entire day. I have gone to Missy for cuts and occasional highlights ever since. I have always been satisfied with the service and the way I was treated. The ladies have talent and they know how to use it. Missy you are the best.

Well apparently you need to let your child out from under their rock! I have been going to Image since my freshman year in college (3 years ago) and they are all very friendly and talk to you like you are a person and not like you are just a customer that they don't care about. Perhaps you shouldn't be so concerned about looks and instead look past that...haha

I have been to this salon several times. I keep trying because the location works for me. However, each time I go there, the stylist pays NO attention to me after I sit in the chair. She talks constantly to other employees, mostly about how drunk they all got recently or about some other recent escapades together. She also has taken personal phone calls while she was cutting my hair. Never does she talk directly to me or excuse herself to take a phone call. It's as if the customer is invisible. This is terrible customer service and I won't go back again. I'll drive further and even pay more before I return to this salon.

I live in Vermont and have family in Kutztown. I had heard a lot about Image from my entire family because they all go there including my uncle, grandmother, aunt, and cousins. They all raved about them so I had to try it out. I went in and felt totally comfortable as soon as I walked in. I have seen them with many customers and with everyone they do everything to make sure they are happy when they leave. I have also seen them work on older women, mid-age women, college students, high schoolers, and even younger girls. They do great work and I recommend at least trying them out to see if you like their work. Dont let the look make you unsure because they are great at what they do!!
