Independent Auto Repair

So happy to have such a great repair shop in our town! The staff are honest and very helpful. I won't take my car anywhere else in town. They do a wonderful job working on my Passat. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. You can't go wrong with the guys from Independent Auto.

These folks fixed my car and got me back on the road. They were courteous, and concerned about my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

THe employees are Rude they (LOU) told my daughter that she was taking money out of there pockets and food out of his kids mouth because she has a voucher to get her car fixed. she is not only a single mom(not by choice) but she is going to seattle every day for school and they have refused to work on her car if another one comes in because she is on DSHS and she is not there client DSHS is . He wen t on and on telling her how she was freeking out etc etc and they wont work on any ones car who is freeking out. I ask you is calling every tow weeks to find out what the statice is on your car freeking out. she did not raise her voice she just wanted to know if it was finished the Owner Said last week that it would be finished byTue or wed and so she called today. Really I can't tell you how Rude he was and how upset we are in theis little review. I wish you could here what he said to her. I would never recomend them for service. there are far to many reliable auto repair services here.
